Jack
You seem to have knowledge of older guitars. I have an old 3 legged steel in my music room that belonged to my lead 6 string player that got killed in 94. I has extreme centimental value but I was jusr wondering where the markins and such would be on the guitar. It doesn't have any abvious marking on the guitar at all. If you cn tell me where to start, I' take it from there. It won't be for sale but I want to know what it is.
Bob, if you need to move this I'll undersstand. I didn't know where to post it.

Jeff, thanks for considering me, but I have no idea about old steels. Although I was "brought up" in the era of lap steels, I haven't followed them.
Actually, b0b, this would have a better chance of being answered on the "No Peddlers" section. |

Jeff, if you can send me a picture of the guitar I might be able to help identify it.

Thanks for all the help. I'll drag this old thing out and clean it up and try to get some pictures on here. Will take a while.
Thanks

For some reason I thought it was a pedal steel. Okay, here it goes again - this time to "No Peddlers"... |
