Stunning two-tone Dark Blue / Sky Blue 1970 Emmons push-pull. Serial # 1411 D-10.
This guitar was originally rebuilt and purchased from Bobbe Seymour. Bobbe added a larger tuning screw for the raises and added the dark blue front to what was a sky blue Emmons.
It was later expertly rebuilt and set up by Bryan Adams. Bryan added new tuners, great pickups, textured the metal neck and greatly improved all of the under carriage parts.
Emmons copedent. There is no pull on string #1 C6 neck. The string can be tuned to D or G.
It is in excellent shape and plays/sounds great.
$4,050 as is and shipped on the 4th of July.

Wow, that is a beautiful guitar, don't think I've seen that color blue before.
If your serial number is 1411-D, that would make it about a 70 model or close by. _________________ Henry Matthews

Hey Al, We are currently making a master list of our PSG Serial Numbers. The list is getting longer and we have a lot of invoices and warranty cards to go through (1963 to present)... So far, your Serial #1411D is showing to be a 1970... I will email back when I get more details.... Thanks.

You are welcome Al. The 70's Emmons Fatbacks are some of the best sounding guitars made I do believe and if I didn't already have 2, I would be wanting that guitar. _________________ Henry Matthews

I had 1464D (Black of course) and I got it new in either April or May of 71. It was special ordered through Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center in Wheaton, MD. I got to talk direct to the factory on how I wanted it setup,
The serial number chart that is around lists this as being in the 1970 serial number range. That list is not 100% correct. |

My old "Red" guitar according to the list Carter used to post was the first made in 1971 ser.No. 1475D
And my other D10 "Blondie" I bought as 1970
Ser.no.1472D So I guess that one must have been a Christmas pressy for someone......unless that list was incorrect??
either way that Blue guitar is a beauty....wish I could add it to my collection |

As I previously mentioned, the lists that have been around are not always correct. My S/N 1464D is listed as a 1970 model on those lists but I got it new (from the factory) in either April or May of 71. |
