Wow, that is a georgious guitar Steve. I've never played a pull release. How do they play and I heard, once in tune, they stay?

My Marlen P/R pedal action is so low and soft its absurd.. Plays as easily as any pedal steel I have sat behind in 38 years of playing, and easier than than the vast majority. It never goes out of tune even a little.. Pedals, levers, open strings, Hot, cold, left in the car for 2 weeks, doesn't matter.
I don't touch the tuning keys or endplate nylons for weeks at a time...
I always read here on the forum from guys that owned P/R guitars that this was the case, but was skeptical... I now know that the psots were 100% true.. Once set up, Marlen P/R steels are as solid and stable as a rock... bob
