FS: 2013 Martin HD-28E Retro - PRICE DROP

I bought this guitar new from Sweetwater in December 2013. The guitar has been kept in the case in my temperature/humidity controlled studio. It has been played about 5 hours in my studio on a project I was doing. It is still in new condition and comes with all paperwork and hang tags.
This is the best sounding acoustic I have ever played (IMHO) and I have been playing for over 40 years.
