For sale is my Sho-Bud Lloyd Green pedal steel. First off let me say that I am by no means an expert on pedal steel. That said, I am a knowledgeable guitar player that recognizes a quality instrument.
As you can see from the photos the original green colour of this LDG has faded considerably although hints of it are still present. In my opinion the guitar still looks amazing with nice wood and finish checking you would expect from a nice vintage guitar. The guitar stays in tune and the 3 pedals and 4 levers work flawlessly.
From a tone perspective I've always believed the guitar sounded amazing and this was confirmed to me by a couple of pro players. The guitar has a Truetone pickup installed however the original comes with the guitar. The case is somewhat ragged but still functional and protective. A pair of extensions for the front legs comes with the guitar for taller players who might want the guitar raised.
This is my first forum sale however for prospective purchasers I can provide references as well as my ebay ID where I have 140 transactions completed with 100% satisfaction.
Asking price is $sold shipped and insured from Houlton, Maine.
Thanks for looking!

This looks like a late '73 to me.
Its not a round front but the next
square front with double raise and single
lower and it has dust catcher fret board instead of the metal painted board. Very nice rope inlay instead of the later diamond inlay.
