Here's what I discovered at a recording session today.

Apparently, while Getting offstage at the Oklahoma steel show, I inadvertently picked up the wrong power cord and left the correct power cord to my Telonics volume pedal onstage. I also have someone's power cord thats marked "Infinity,"

Sooooo, if the person who wound up with my cord will contact me by email or PM, we can correct the situation post haste!

Herb,
Was the cord you lost the one which goes from your Telonics TCA-500 Combo amp to power your pedal?
If it's this one, it could be either the 3 foot, or the 10 foot long model.
OR
Was it the regular "Wall Wart" PS-1 power supply/cord that can also power your Telonics FP-100 pedal?

Just let us know and Sophie will ship you a new one right way - overnight if you need it that fast.
Thanks,
Dave

Dave
It's the wall wart model for my volume pedal. You guys are the epitome of artist support. Other companies could learn a lot from Telonics, both with product and service after the sale.

No problem Herb, we have SO many really nice people in the steel guitar field - our pleasure.

You have a new unit on the FedEx truck headed your way.

Have a great day,
Dave, Sophie, Stacy and the crew

They found 3 items in the tunning room I believe. You might want to see if that was one of the things.

Herb, your next piece of gear is...a label maker! Label all those doodads.

I would agree with all, service from Dave Beaty and his crew is the best. I'd also put Keith Hilton in that category.

Here's a method that has worked well for me. I secure my patch cords and power cords with brightly colored pipe cleaners and while the items are in use, wrap the pipe cleaners around the cords close to the jacks. This has helped prevent equipment mixups and also keep the ties handy for packing up.
