Sounds like Paul Franklin and I think I see the Franklin guitar fret board.

It's Paul, Brent Mason on guitar, and I believe, Bruce Watkins on rhythm guitar. The other guys, I can't put names with the faces, but they look familiar. There are some more videos on You-Tube, of different artists backed up on that same show, by that Top Notch band.

Yup, it's Paul. That looks like Michael Rhoades on bass, and is that Eddie Bayers on drums?
