As a favor for a non computer owner, I need to ask for some help. He needs some lubing tips for an older model Sierra S-10. Any help will be greatly appreciated and passed on to my buddy. By the way I am trying to get him to get some kind of a computer so he can join the forum and learn more than he can possibly imagine.

I personally went to the Sierra shop when I got some work done, and I asked them their recommendation on lube/oil. "Hoppe's Lubricating Oil High viscosity and Penetration for firearms, fishing reels and all Pechanisms" hardware, gun shops should have it.

Alan,
Thanks for the info, I shall Pass it on. I assume that is good to lube the changers, axles and anything thing that moves. I know a little about my Emmons but nothing about a Sierra, so thanks again for the help.
