I believe this is the current pedal setup. It's at my brother's house at the moment so can't verify it 100%. Contact me if you'd like to discuss.
Sorry about the table being a little messy. Can't figure out how to keep it all lined up.
I have lots of pics so if you can't see something or need more detail, let me know. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance. Shipping to continental US only.
Thanks for looking!

For your table, you need to do a screen shot of it.
Nice guitar! _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

Are you sure it's triple raise/triple lower? I've never seen a vintage MSA with anything but double up and down. _________________ E9 INSTRUCTION

Well John, now you can say you've seen one! I've worked on a few of the double raise/double lower MSA's. All of them had individual holes for the little guide sleeve over the pull rod to pass through. This changer is factory slotted so the triple raise/lower will work. If you zoom the endplate picture you can see the division line/split between the raises and lowers. There are three holes under the space. There are three holes above it although they are hard to see in this image. This is the only one like this that I've had my hands on but I've seen a picture of at least one other. It's a really nice guitar that you could put about any modern setup on. I never bothered with adding the vertical but those (and more knee levers) are readily available for this steel. |

Also string 4 on the E9 has three raises you can see in the image (and on my chart). |

Up for a great guitar...
MSA did make a 3 & 3 changer....
Neil, did you run the serial # ???..I'm thinking this was built for someone, due to the 12 string on bottom, |

David,
Mr. Anderson was kind enough to provide the info on the date. It was originally shipped to Devere Music (believed to have been in Iowa). The specific date of completion for the steel was not listed in the records but he estimated it at 1981.
Thanks for the bump! |

Very interesting I wish it had more knee levers > I would almost make a run at it myself. |
