Here is a Carter Starter with very little playing time. It is standard 3 pedal 4 lever setup, and all changes have been set with a new set of strings installed, so it's ready to go.

Someone has modified the levers by drilling a hole in each one to mount extensions to, and putting a slight bend in the LKL to allow more leg room - both very useful mods. The lever in the photo has a scar on it apparently made while drilling the hole(s). I showed this one to show that defect. It is really not very noticeable, and the other levers were modified cleanly.

Other than that, the guitar is basically in mint condition. It plays well and sounds very nice.

Also included is the Getting Started DVD that came with the guitar, and some original packing documentation. The dvd has some introductory tuning and basic material from a very young Joe Wright as well as some basic maintenance tips from John Fabian.

A set of wrenches, including the tuning wrench for the end tuners is also included.

I'm asking $800 for the guitar with a donation to be made to the forum if it sells through this ad. Shipping will be $65 to the cont. U.S. $25.00 of this is for professional packaging, as the guitar does not have a case. Shipping also includes insurance for $800. I will be listing this for auction in the next few days with a Buy It Now of $850, so act quickly if you are interested. Once a bid has been made I won't be able to sell it directly. By the way, I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay. Payment via Paypal or Cashier's Check. Thanks!

A note about the bent lever...it was done right, the guy sawed one side, heated it bent it and then welded the joint back together...it is plenty strong.

I have listed this guitar on Ebay. I will end the auction and sell it here until there is a bid, but after that this listing will close. Buy it from this ad and I'll knock $20 off the shipping / packaging.
