The older DT's are paper cone and have a smoother sound to my ears. Which of the current replacement NEO's will have this sound. The later BW's have more harsh highs, again, to my ears. |

I'm pleased with my SICA _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects |

Ray, the 1502DT, which was used in the Session 500's and early Nashville 400's is now sold by Peavey as a "bass speaker".
The SICA's that Ken Fox sold were also bass speakers so they may fit what you want. Ken no longer sells them so you would have to look around for one of those. Eminence has some 15" neo Bass speakers and that's another option. The Evans SE-200's used to use an Eminence 15" bass speaker but that model is only available as an 8 ohm model. |

Thanks, for all the comments. Gives me something to ponder. Chris, I know a very religious fella, that went to see the movie, Deliverance, and left disappointed. |
