I posted a changer Im building a few weeks ago. Thought I'd post a new picture of one along with the housing with changer almost ready to install on guitar I'm building. This changer is smoother than some I've bought. Hope you like it.

very pretty! is that a standard all-pull changer. the fingers look quite long.
wish i had the capabilities of making something like that.

yes the changer is all pull tripple raise tripple lower. I know it looks long but any tripple tripple are a little longer than double /double and tripple/double. My guitar is 3 1/2" from top to btm and it fits perfectly.
