| "That's My Job" is kinda sad, but the one song that really made me sad was "I Just Called To Say I Love You" by Stevie Wonder in the eighties. I don't know why that song made me sad, but when I was a kid, it always made me cry a little bit. When I hear that song now, I laugh at that memory. I think "I Just Called" would make a great steel instrumental |

I heard it first some years back on an Austin City Limits show which featured Chet Atkins. Chet put on this old hat and sang (yes sang) a song about his dad. I cried like a baby and since I'd taped that show I play it from time to time and still cry along with it. Chet has an uncanny resemblance to my late father who I loved very much and still miss today even though he's been gone twenty five years....
Another one I get teary eyed to is the Reba McIntyre recording of "the Greatest Man I Never Knew"....JH in Va.
