Hi guys!
On my hybrid Zum, I have the E>F lever on LKR and the E>Eb on RKL.
I thought this was a good idea when I ordered the guitar, but the useful A pedal + E>F combination is very awkward and uncomfortable. So I've decided it would be better to have E>F on LKL and E>Eb on LKR instead.
Moving the regular rods and bellcranks around should be no problem – I managed to change my old AVM all-pull from Emmons to Day set-up and back again some years ago – but are there other things to consider that are particular to the hybrid design?
Do I need to move any other stuff; like the rods with blue and red nuts, or those with the metal nuts that you're not supposed to touch?
Any input from someone who knows would be much appreciated.

Per,
You'll need to get in touch with Bruce and order a few more rods from him, because a "primary raise" rod (with the brass tuning nut) is a different length than what would be a "secondary raise" or standard drop rod (with the nylon tuning nut).
Because he rolls the threads on his rods, you won't be able to trim and rethread any of the existing rods. Setting up the Hybrid primary raises is a little tricky, but perhaps you already know the drill by now. _________________ Best regards,

Sounds a bit risky – if I go wrong, there's noone anywhere near who can fix it. Maybe it's better to leave things as they are... |

Per,
All the more reason to place a call to Bruce.
He can give you the best direction and then
you'll have the set-up that you want instead
of wondering what you're missing by not having
your 'E levers' on the same leg.
