That is a clip from a T.V. program titled, 'How It's Made'. The show featuring this segment is re-broacast periodically on cable stations and the program itself may originate from Canada as the segment on guitar amplifiers showed clips filmed at the Traynor factory.

Great clip! That's Ed Fulawka and his home-shop in Penetanguishene (yup!), Ontario. He builds first-rate guitars and is a gentleman with his service and maintenance. A living legend, to be sure.
