If you love vintage acoustic guitars and dig great acoustic guitar playing you'll love this video from the good folks at Fretboard Journal.

Nice find Andy! I will have to set aside time to watch this one when no one is home to distract me.

I will need a drool cup while checking out all the guitars.

Julian and Chris ('Critter') recently recorded an EP and have been touring together.

For those not in the know, Julian was our boy wonder jazz guitar prodigy from here in Santa Rosa. He lives in Boston now- maybe he's Andy's neighbor? Julian attended Berklee College of Music and I believe he does some teaching there as well. He's pretty much a legend here in Sonoma County, the local boy who made good.

Chris is guitarist for The Punch Brothers and the son of original member and the last of the originals in The Seldom Scene, Ben Eldridge.

These guys are among the very best.

For my money, he's the most exciting young talent in many years. Unlike many jazz guitarists of the past, he can hang with all eras form Eddie Lang thru free jazz plus he plays and appreciates great folk and bluegrass guitar.
