Hello all,
I'll be getting off tour in April and will be available for pedal and non pedal steel guitar lessons in Houston. I will be teaching out of the heights - may consider home trips for an additional fee. I also teach banjo, guitar and bass.
You may hear me play with Jason Cassidy around the Houston area, I also play every weekend at Ecclesia church. I have posted a couple of my exercises in the tabulature section.
I am a professional steel player and am coming off of a two month headlining tour. I can help you with all aspects of steel playing; we can work on learning breaks and solos(and understanding better how to learn from records), licks and concepts etc, technique, music theory and its applications.
