I just need a simple 8 string roller nut and roller bridge. I can make one, but I don't have the spare time right now. Or, maybe salvage parts from a steel guitar junk yard? _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Carbon Copy Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal, Effects Pedals. 1949 Epiphone D-8. |

Jim Flynn is building a roller nut and roller bridge for me. Thanks for the info on Hipshot. _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Carbon Copy Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal, Effects Pedals. 1949 Epiphone D-8. |

It can be a bit disconcerting to find out that the one exactly perfect, crucially-important little steel guitar doo-dad that everybody in their right mind would want, need and crave some too - uh-uh. 99.999999% (and then some) of the great unwashed out there in the provinces couldn't care less. We're weirdos. |

"Roller Nuts" could take on many definitions. Could be a painful medical condition. _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Carbon Copy Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal, Effects Pedals. 1949 Epiphone D-8. |

Dennis - I would be interested in 8 string roller bridges for my Fender 1000. Does Joe Flynn build them for the public at large or is it more of a personal favor. If it's the former, how would I get in touch with him? Also, for what instrument is your 8 string roller bridge? |

Tim, I think he will custom make roller nuts if you give him string spacing and height that you need. I'll forward his email. I'm putting a nut and bridge on a custom made George Boards. I'm adding a wrist lever of my own concoction from extra msa parts that I have laying around. _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Revelation preamp, Carbon Copy Delay and Hall Of Fame Reverb, Crown XLS 1002, 2- 15" Eminence Wheelhouse speakers, ShoBud Pedal, Effects Pedals. 1949 Epiphone D-8. |
