I just picked this up today. I looks like a Fender Studio Deluxe but
it doesn't say fender anywhere that I can see. The case looks like the
50's? Serial Number is H 311028

What do I have? thanks in advance

It looks like a Fender White that has been refinished blue. Do a Google search on Fender White Steel and click on "Images" and you'll see lots of them. Fender made these (with matching amp) to sell through music stores that were not Fender dealers. Leo named it "White" as a tribute to his favorite tech, Forrest White. The guitar was basically a Champ with three legs, and the amp was basically a Princeton. The amps are worth quite a bit more than the steels today.

Here's one I sold a few years ago. Notice the white plastic pickup cover and white tuner buttons, like yours. Notice also on Your guitar... the scratch on the blue finish that exposes a white finish under the scratch.

I agree with Doug. Sure looks like a Fender/White product to me. You have a very nice steel, hang on to it!

I would try to strip that blue finish off to see if the original white finish is okay. Maybe the WHITE logo is still on the guitar? Or maybe the original finish was a mess and that's why someone painted over it? It's worth checking out IMO.

Thanks for the info,
Curious what you got for yours.
Keeping this as I've been wanting one.
Looks like it has been painted
