is the pedal spacing on a G2 SD 10, the same as that on G2 D 10, particularly as to the A pedal location,is the A pedal placed in the spot on both models or is the A pedal moved more to right on Mullen SD 10 as it is on my Emmons push pull SD 10....thanks in advance for the info,,,,,
