Im considering trading my 86 Super Pro for a 76 LDG.
Both pristine condition.
Should i ask for $$$ to boot or trade even? |

Yes and no.
Is it an LDG with early Pro II Custom features such as two hole pullers, wide pedals year drop and gumby? How many lowers in the changer? How do the strings mount? Is it green, and if so, what color is the green today?
What color is the Super Pro? Blonde is probably most valuable.

The LDG has more variables that impact value than the Super Pro. Info would help.

Which changer in the LDG? Double single or what was the next? Double triple? Does have pins for the strings or the slots?
What color is the Super Pro?
I assume the Super Pro is 8/4?

I am confused. I am not a Sho Bud expert but I donor think they ever made a double raise single lower with slots for string balls. I am confused.

I would trade even.
I hate the slots but that is a bigger C6 issue.
If the Super Pro was blonde it would be more valuable.even trade.

If you really don't need the C6, its a good swap.. A good LDG is one of the easiest Bud models to sell or trade if you want to.. bob

What bob said is supported by historic sales. It does not make sense, but it is true.
I had an LDG once that was not green. It might have been blonde. Or maybe brown. I cannot remember. But the guy I bought it from wanted it back badly so I sold it back. But LDGs fetch a premium. Personally I like an inside neck for E13.
