Who bought out the Carter PSG Company when the owner passed away?

I stand to be corrected but I was under the impression Al just bought out the remaining inventory, not the company itself.

I'm thinking Ann Fabian is still open to offers to buy the company(factory building, machinery, etc.).

My 2 cents, YMMV.

Thanks. I'll try that. Left the PM on Aug 13, 2013. So he really doesn't get here often.

Quite a shame really,I would have liked to see the Carter guitar continue. Not a very fitting legacy for John. JMHO YMMV
