Last time I posted about these pedals, I got folks mad at me because I wasn't "serious about buying"..
So before that happens again let me state my case.
I don't have a Bud at the moment. I might be looking again very soon, and will try and find one with at least 3 and 4, or more pulls if possible.. There are many 3x3, 3x2 S10 Buds that I passed on because of the cost of adding multiple cahnges.. I use 9 changes on all my steels and have for decades.
So even a 3x4 will need 2 pulls..
BEFORE I buy a Bud, I want to be sure I can get 2 pedals at a realistic price, or even 1 pedal and a vertical knee... I am NOT concerned about pull parts for the pedals, I can make them, have them made or find them here on the forum...
So IF and when I find the right guitar, I would like to know if there is anyone that can supply me with a couple of Bud pedals[wide], at a reasonable price.. We can discuss needed pull parts when I have the guitar here.. I simply don't want to buy any steel until I know I can make it work for my copedent, and it won't work for me unless its a 5 and 4 or 4 and 5..
No need to respond here.. Please email me directly, and let me know what you have, and what price you need for the pedals/ V knee..
I would like to buy the pedals BEFORE I buy the steel.. I simply must know that I can configure the steel as I need it, before I buy it .
Bud pedals used to be a dime a dozen.. Just a few years ago I sold 2 of them for $25 shipped. Now they seem to have become very scarce.
If anyone has some pedals, or a vertical knee setup that will work on a Bud, i would like to hear from you.. Any help would be appreciated... bob bullet_bob@lycos.com

well Jay, first let me thank you for your helpful and well thought out reply.. If you are confused, I guess I am asking if anyone has a few old bud pedals to sell, before I buy a sho bud.. Actually I thought i stated it ok, but maybe not.. I'll proof read it...bob
