I'm doing some major overhaul and conversion on my Carter 12 string uni. Right now I'm trying to remember how the "G# gear down" was hooked up. I know the 3rd string G# was hooked up direct and the 6th and 10th are driven from a slave shaft, but don't remember the exact hook up? Could some kind soul PLEASE snap a picture and send to me??? Please!!!

Sonny,

Here is the only shot I have, so I hope it will be of some help to you. Hopefully you can download it and zoom in to see the rodding arrangement for the 6th string gear-down.
