These two songs off Waylon Jennings' "Right For The Time" album sound like Buddy Emmons to me. Emmons has a songwriting credit on "The Most Sensible Thing", but Robby Turner is credited for steel and dobro on the album. Who is it?

I've listened to it a few more times and it' definitely not Emmons however, it is really nice steel playing regardless.

Listening to Eddie Stubbs on WSM a couple of weeks ago discussing this project. Robbie Turner produced it and it makes sense that it's him. Sounds like him to me, too.

I believe the song writer nod is to keyboard player, Bobby Emmons.

I'd have no trouble believing Bobby Emmons was the writer, but some sites have, apparently mistakenly, credited "Buddy" rather than "Bobby", hence my mistake. For instance. Thanks
