Hello,
I had a pedal steel for a year or so in the 70s, enjoyed it, but wound up trading it to an acquaintance who would use it more than I did. I'm thinking about getting back into it,saw this on eBay (http://alturl.com/9bbb7) and wondered if it might be worth taking a chance on. I'd like to know if more pedals and knee levers can be added to this model and if this is a decent price if it works as stated.
TIA

I wouldn't unless I could get it for $300 - $400 and knew I wouldn't ever need additional functions that it doesn't have. That being said, this one is $450 which is in the ballpark as most folks on Ebay think they are worth $1k. _________________ GFI SM10 3/4, 1937 Gibson EH-150, 2 - Rondo SX Lap Steels and a Guyatone 6 String C6. Thanks. I'll probably hang on until I can afford something a little more versatile.

Thanks for that info link..It answered my question on an old Mavrick that I acquired..
Previous owner had 3 knees on it and very poorly done..
If I keep it, I'll set it up for a more simple, usable guitar...
But it does sound very good.. |

The one I had borrowed from a friend had a good sound and played well, but only had 1 lever that controlled strings 2 and 8 and three pedals. _________________ GFI SM10 3/4, 1937 Gibson EH-150, 2 - Rondo SX Lap Steels and a Guyatone 6 String C6.
