Screw Cap Chord

Does anybody have an idea where I might find a screw cap type chord for a 1950 National. People in the local shops look at me like I'm speaking Latin when I ask them about it. I've searched on the web, just not having any luck.

Peter, the connector is called an Amphenol connector. I think Switchcraft still sells them.

Another option is an adaptor, Amphenol to 1/4" input, so you can use a regular guitar cord.

Switchcraft used to sell these a few years ago, and probably still does. I think the custom made cord would be a better option.
