I was hoping you guys and Gals would be able to have the meeting and Jam.I guess march 16TH will be a better time as the weather will break by then.If you were all down here you would have been able to have it .But you don't want to move down here it is not what it is made out to be. I had to go to the Hospital that is 1 mile down the road at 3:00 AM this morning and They put me in a room in the wheel chair and Anna and I was there until 6:00 Am and I said to Anna come on I'm out of here and we left.I have a bad tooth in the back of my lower Jaw and it is Infected and I have to get it out ASAP so I can get the Defibulator put in Friday.I do not want to have to cancel the VA appointment Friday i want to get it done and over with.

Sammy I'm sorry you don't like it down here. We have been down here since 1995 and I doubt if I'd want to move back up North. I arrived via Military in New England in 66 and if I didn't get married to a local girl I probably would have headed back to California. But new England is one of the prettiest places in the US. Florida is just a place where one can escape the winters. Having kept all my old friends I'm content to visit there once a year plus my Kids still all live there. But you couldn't pry me from weeki wachee (Spring Hill). We get a good cold snap in the winter but no white stuff and the Doctors are great and The VA is also great. My life has been saved twice by competent doctors. So, I'll just lay by the pool and enjoy what I have left. The grass is always green where you water it.  |

Joe Casey I went to the hospital a mile up 27 from where I live at 3:00AM and at 6;00 AM I told Anna lets go we are out of hear. I have a back tooth that is infected and They took me in right away and the we were waiting and waiting, They only have one DR. in the Accident room and he was with a Urgent person. I walked out and told them i would never be back at that hospital.I go in the VA hospital for 6:30 AM Friday to have a defibullator put in me and I have to get this tooth pulled by Tuesday or I have to cancel the VA appointment and I do not want to do that as i will have to go back and do the pre. op all over and it is 110 miles to the VA each way. I go over to West Palm.Now you can see another reason i don't like it down here.I'll stick to Rhode Island any day over every place we have moved to.

| I have a friend who owns a home on Prudence Island out in Narragansett bay. I hope to visit him this summer. He is down here until April. He comes down every year after deer season and has a home here too. I agree RHody is a great place but I wasn't raised in the snowy stuff and I never got use to it. The Summers were always great and I made quite a living with my music up there. I love the freedom of being able to visit anytime I want to. health up to it that is. Sounds like you never should have left Rhrody but look at it as you made a lot of new friends. Get better and enjoy the Lobster,I do miss that. We are having a reunion of my old band members this year in May hopfully in Springfield mass. I'm trying to time it during the week of my grandsons graduation from UMASS.. Smiley and Doc and hopefully guys from Ole Miss and Texas can make it up. I'll have it on here when and where. |

Joe I will keep a eye open and see where and when you will be having this Reunion.Hopefully We will be moved back up by then. WE have had a lot of people looking at our home here and they say it is to high. Hey i'm not going to give it away.This Double wide home has new inter locking shingles,New Air and heat,90% all new dry wall walls real Hard wood floors den, guest bath room, dinning area,3/4 inch plywood under all the floors,and Ceramic tile floors in the living room and kitchen,has a center Island and counter tops are black with silver spots in it all granite.All new kitchen cabinets.All new furniture we bought new 10 months ago..Two bed rooms and two full baths and was built in 1988 and has 1380 SQ.feet of living space. We own our own land 50"X 120" with two sheds and the wooden shed I just got threw puting all new siding on it and the metal shed I pained and painted both shed floors. I also pained the out side of the home and re painted some of the walls in the home.Hey we Are Asking $67,000.00 for it and you get these people that want to give you $48,000.00.We payed more than that and the only reason we go it for that price is because they needed money bad to get out of debt on a home that they had foreclosed on them.We are in Sebring righ on Route 27 which has every thing with in walking distance.Wal mart is one block over from us.
