I absolutely hate the soloist feature of BIAB and I have to manually mute it on each song file. Is there a way you can mute this guy for every song file ? Thanks in advance for any help.

There's actually several ways, but the simple way would be after you mute the solo track, just click "save" and it will remain muted the next time you open that song.

Larry and Rick, I can't speak for older version of BB, but 2014 treats it this way for me any way. If I should mute and save any, instrument in the mixer, such as Soloist for example. That instrument will remain muted regardless of how many different songs I play duding that session. Get out of BB and that instrument will no longer be muted, even thou it was muted and save in the previous session. One way to keep the soloist , or any other instrument out of the mix, is 0 the volume and save it. That will stick until it is later raised to an audible level. I hope this helps.------Leon
