I've reluctantly decided to sell my Justice D10 to fund other projects. This "Judge" is about a year and a half old. The previous owner only played it about 8-10 hours before passing away. I've had it since January 2013. See postings for "Smiley's Guitar." It has seldom been out of the house, never around smoke.

The color is "Gentry Oak" and it is very pretty. The photos don't really capture it's beauty. 705 pickups, original Justice case, spare strings included. Copedant will be posted. Tuneable splits. Fred is here local, so if the buyer wants anything changed before I ship it just work it out with Fred and I will be glad to take it over to him to have the work done.

It currently has a 1.5" lift kit but I will gladly lower it to any height if desired. As for flaws, there is a small pit on the right rear corner that must have been my fault. There are a couple of minor scratches on the pedal bar that are so small that I couldn't get them to photograph. I put some black velcro cloth stickers on the knee levers to protect them where they might contact the undercarriage. Spare strings are included.

Fred really builds a great playing and sounding guitar. I'm going to miss her. Asking $3500 with shipping included to the lower 48 states only. Paypal only, and I will cover the fees to PayPal and the forum.

All interested parties please reply via Private Message only. Thanks!

Very Happy I saw this guitar at the SWSGA C-6 class and it is a beauty. I had never seen a Justice D-10 with aluminum necks before, and up close it is a sweet looking guitar. I visited with Darrell on a couple of occasions while there and found him to be a very kind and courteous man.

I've known Darrell for 30 years and as you can tell from the tone of his ad, he will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. Buy with confidence. Ron
