Just purchased a Boss DD3 Delay and I'm a little confused on the correct way to run my cables from the Amp, to the Delay through the foot pedal then make it to my guitar. Never did this before and the directions do not offer any help running it through a Volume pedal.

Thanks !

If you have an amp with an effects port put it there.
Or you can go from guitar to volume, to DD3, to amp.

What Bill said! There technically is no right or wrong with time based effects but I like the tail to continue when I back off on the VP.

John,
This is how I do mine:

(Input from DD-3) into the Volume Pedal

(Output from DD-3) into the Amp Input

Works for me.
