Where is the serial number located on a Fessenden?

Stamped into the underside of the body, on the keyhead side of the guitar.

I don't believe all years had serial numbers. My D-10 does not.

I bought a U12 from Bobbe in 2005 and it didn't have a serial number anywhere. I thought it was strange, but I guess not from reading this thread.

I got one on my S12 written in marker. I emailed Jerry and asked year. He told me 93-94 ser U12-194. Bob
