I'm asking for a friend who wants to know what this is and if it's likely to be any good.

I think that's a Valco-made EHarp, the brainchild of Eddie Alkire. _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links |

As Mike said, it is an Alkire Eharp, vintage about 1963. I have one exactly like it. I think it is a great guitar. |

Wow, I'd buy it just as a collectors piece if the price was right. Pretty impressive looking and with ten strings has a lot of possibilities. _________________ GFI SM10 3/4, 1937 Gibson EH-150, 2 - Rondo SX Lap Steels and a Guyatone 6 String C6. Thanks, guys.
It's for sale for £250 (~$412). I don't really need another instrument, but it does look interesting |

A friend told me about it. He saw it on Facebook. I believe the seller is in North Wales. I can find out more if you are interested. |

Looks in great and shape and that's a great price and if I thought shipping to the states wouldn't be too pricey I'd go for it myself. |
