Since the original posting, I've taken
out the tubes to get a look for rust,
etc. I can't see any, I'll add some
shots.

Yes, it's about 50 lbs, give or take.

I've had this in storage for about
10 years. All I've done is take a
variactor to it, twist the pots until
they don't scratch, and try 'em all out.

I don't know if the front panel is supposed to have a grill or not, I think
someone painted this part black.

I haven't had anybody professional test it,
so I assume it needs to be re-capped, etc.,
but everything seems to work. If there's anything I can look at without taking it apart, let me know.

I'd like to try to sell this locally, but
I'll ship it if I have to.

$275 obo if someone from the Forum buys it.

Better to call than email,
Thanks,
Steve

Fender does try to get into the PA biz every so often, and this is their '70s effort. The unit pictured is more or less a Twin/Showman with 4 channels. IIRC it did have black grillcloth.

I'm starting to think people want to say
"I've got a Showman/Twin/Pro Reverb/Princeton Reverb, and I'm really
hip and with it!" as opposed to
"I've got something that produces the
same tone as a Showman, and I only paid..."

And, who will try to steal this? If you
mod it, only you will know...
