Tammy Wynette- Crying Steel Guitar
That's the only ones that I can remember.
I'm sure there must be a few more. But not to many, I guess.

I assume you're not talking about instrumentals with "Steel Guitar" in the title, but there are several vocal versions of "Steel Guitar Rag."
I imagine there are many Hawaiian songs, (and/or fake-Hawaiian songs) as well.

And even though a steel ain't heard in Eli Young Band's song "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" features the lines, "Every note just wrapped around his soul, with steel guitars and Memphis all the way to rock n' roll, and Lionel Cartwright's "I Watched It All On My Radio" features the lines, "a station from Nashville sometimes would appears with steel guitars and soft Southern twang |
