A very sad day here at the Reed house. (A.M.) my little 13 year old Yorkie passed away at about 11:30am central time. A.M. had been very sick over the past 10 months and with his old age I knew this day was coming. I chose to take care of him rather than put him to sleep. I want to thank the almighty God for letting me have him as long as I did. He was my best friend and I will miss him so much. I didn't mind one bit having to give him the extra attention & special care he needed this past year. Now he's gone on to Rainbow Bridge where he'll never have to hurt again.

Nick, so sorry to hear this. I know how much a part of the family our pets are. I' m glad to hear that you opted to continue to care for AM. The extra time it takes to care for them only makes them more special. |

Nick so sorry to learn this. I know how much he meant to you, we will miss him to as you would bring the little one every time you came down. We thought so much of him too.
Love you both and look forward to January

Nick,
I'm so sorry to hear about A.M.. I checked his facebook fan page a couple of months ago to see if he was still with you, as I knew he had been sick.
God bless you for nursing him through it all... I know it's a sad time. _________________ Donna Dodd

Hello Nick: Sorry to hear about the passing of Little Yorkie. I had dogs when I was growing up but the last 50 years I haven't had one. I know Yorkie will be missed. Hope to see you and yours in January and bring the steel. Lots of pickin' going on at Catfish Johnnys.
Merry Christmas Max & Eleanor |

I always hate to hear stories like this - I've been there. The hurt and missing part diminishes with passing time, especially if you acquire another pet, but the memories last forever. |
