I'm selling my Gibson Falcon amp, a GA-19rvt, from around '63, but these are difficult to place an exact age on. It's a Crestline-era amp for sure. It has the original Jensen speaker in it, and a hard-wired footswitch controlling the reverb and tremolo. The handle is in great shape. Good tone - clean and bright, but gets warm o/d when pushed. I had an amp tech go over it, and he said it's one of the cleanest versions he's ever come across. I'm told it's 22 watts - I think this is Gibson's answer to the Deluxe Reverb, or possibly the Princeton, although this has a 12-inch speaker. There was a minor repair he made to the speaker cone a few years ago. This is tube-driven tremolo, and it's by far the best amp tremolo I've ever heard, compared to Fenders, Voxes, Peaveys, and Silvertones. Lightly gigged and used at band rehearsal, and otherwise kept inside my smoke-free home, where it sat mostly unused in the corner. Features a monitor out jack for direct feed to a PA, but which I've mostly used to send it into a second amp on stage, which sounds amazing. Sounds great - I'm only making room for something a bit larger. This is a killer home or studio amp.

Will post pics soon.

What are the tubes? Most importantly, does it have a 7199 or a 6C4? The others would probably be 5Y3, 6V6 and 6EU6.

Cool amp for sure!
