Fender made a one off single ten for Jerry Byrd, maybe it's that one. If it's not that one, it's probably a former pedal steel. Was it black? |

No, Carco's is a blonde 10-string Fender. (Maybe he had it made or customized, I'm not sure, but it looks original.) |

Yeah, the one I was thinking of was actually an 8- string. They used a ten string tuner pan so that there would be more room at the nut . Jerry liked to play in D-flat. |
