Quebec? It's up in Canada, eh? Smile

The comment on the video says "Playing at the Fete de Marquette in Madison Wisconsin."

Is that an Asher steel?

I guess I need at least five six string lap steels for roots music.

E tuning
D tuning
G tuning
A tuning
C6 tuning

Well, the D and E tunings, and the G and A tunings, can be accomplished with the same string gauges (depending on which variation of those tunings you're using). The C6th tuning would be the only one requiring a separate set of strings (and thus a separate guitar).
However, you probably should get separate guitars for each tuning so that you don't have to bother retuning between songs. Smile

David, I think it's a Scantic River, maple top and Lollar pickups.

I'd never heard of it either, but it had an impressive lineup in 2013.
