New England Steel Guitar had our Christmas jamboree December 1 and what a fun time it was. The Rhode Island Rednecks were fabulous, as usual, and played an extra hour till six pm. Our member steel players Erwin, from upper New York, and our Rhode Island member Vinnie played the day away. They had a great day playing a set and then playing together. Thank You so much Erwin and Bonnie coming all the way from New York, to play our jamboree and making our day complete. You are great friends and we enjoyed spending Saturday with you both. The jamboree was a huge success and we Thank all of you that supported us.
Our next jamboree will be December 29 and The Rhode Island Rednecks will be our band. New members joined
and other members renewed their membership. Sam and Anna White, from Florida joined us. Welcome back Sam and Anna. Sam started our organization and was our first President. Our membership keeps on growing.
Come on down December 29 and join in the fun.
KEEP IT COUNTRY!

I hope Erwin and Bonnie are going to be there in May as Anna and I will be coming up for a visit and would like to meet them. If I can get going on this DynaLap Lap Steel I might bring it with me any way to show it off and I will be bringing my Dobro to play with you guys.I have Doug Beaumier helping me out as he sent me one of his tab works for me to practice on. It is easy to follow and he does a great job on writing his tab.May will be here before you know it.

I got the Dynalap Steel Yesterday and I got fooling around with it and I managed to get a couple of songs out on it. It is going to be fun playing it once I get going on it. I have some nice tab work that Doug Beaumier sent me and I like the way he has it I can understand it and will be learning from it.Thank You Doug.
