I posted a wanted to buy ad for a steel, but worded it all wrong. Got no response though many were looking at it. J Fletcher came to my rescue and pointed out my error. Then he went above and beyond and told me of an instrument that fit my description that was for sale. He provided the phone number, I made contact with the seller and it was delivered and paid for today. This instrument exceeded my wildest dreams as a Christmas gift for my 83 year old father whose '55 twin necked 8 string Fender was stolen about a year ago. But Jerry didn't stop there. He coached me, he even offered shipping instructions ... he was awesome! Thanks so much Jerry! Then, if that wasn't enough, E Philippsen weighed in with support. He has even offer to help me in getting my dad's instrument tuned according to his previous settings on his stolen instrument! Amazing! These fellows, Jerry and Eric, have been so great to a complete stranger in the midst of their own busy lives. I could not allow their actions and kindness to go unnoticed! Thank you so much, guys! You are awesome! Steel players RULE!
