Ok.
I was just playing steel for the last hour. All of a sudden my right knee right made a loud click and now my lever isn't working correctly. The lever changes both F# to G. Now only the high G#is moving, and not far enough. It's not getting to G. I've checked the collars and they are all tight. The second F# isn't pulling at all!
Help

Is the bell crank tight on the crossbar? Does it still click when you turn it over? Most likely something came loose and is binding somewhere.

Like Jack said, something came loose. Most likely, I'm guessing it was the collar for that pull.

My vote is the bellcrank is loose on the crossbar, like Jack said.

and if not, i'd guess it's the collar that adjusts the knee lever..up behind the backside of the lever..it connects/adjusts the pull rod that activates the crossrod. these need to be really tight or they can slip. no big deal! some times two collars is more secure.

That's what I'd check first as well, since both pulls are affected (albeit, to varying degrees).

A 4" long T-handle 5/64 Allen wrench makes these type of adjustments easy.

Well I found a section. On that knee lever train where a spring was full extended. I got the knee leverin place and tightened the collar. R both pulls are coming up to pitch now. Hope I didn't mess anything up. Everything seems fine tho.
