Jumping the gun here, but when my 6-shooter clone is finally built, I'll be needing six strings (see, I've thought of everything).
I'll be tuning 1-6: G# E B G# E B, what gauges would be best suited for this tuning?

For a 24" scale this is what Ernie Ball recommends:
G# -.011
E - .015
B - .020
G# -.024P
E - .030W
B - .038W
