I have a real nice Sierra steel guitar I'm looking to sell. Don't know much about this one or the history of it, but it is very well made and sounds great.

Sam, How about a Fender Deluxe 8 ( single neck Stringmaster)? Brown with original black tolex case and legs, a few dings but overall good shape. $850 shipped

Sam , There are many good lap steels for sale on the Forum. I'm sure you will do O.K. with a new lap steel !! A lot less tuning problems with pedals , levers , cabinet drop etc etc !! I don't know why everyone doesn't switch to non pedal steel !!! Keep up the good work !! the olde geezer - AKA Eddie "C"

Hi Sam , I got your e-mail but none of your e-address would go thru !! I would go for an 8 stringer.I feel 10 strings on a lap non-pedal steel is too many !! I only use 7 strings on both necks and you can play anything on 8 strings. Jerry Byrd only used 6 and he did pretty good !!! Any brand should work out O.K. , look for a good used steel , you don't need anything fancy to play around the house unless you are going on the road with Taylor Swift !! Good luck !! the olde geezer AKA Eddie "C"
