| You should be able to use most any 9 volt power supply. Go to any music store and bring the unit with you. It should be an easy match. You also may want to consider a power supply handles more power with a daisy chain to power a number of pedals. The One Spot with a daisy chain is a good product. I power 6 pedals with this unit. |

^^^ Cartwright is correct.
9V DC // Center Negative is the typical Boss style effect pedal powering. There are a myraid of products that can provide power, typically geared towards the six-string guitar market.
A couple typical products are the Visual Sounds 1-Spot and the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+. The majority of music stores should sell them or a comparable item. There are plenty of online retailers as well. |

| Forgot to mention. I have two standard HOF reverbs and they operate on a daisy chain with other pedals with no problems |

Cartwright is MOSTLY correct.
Computer peripherals use center positive, while musical gear runs center negative.
Nearly anything you buy at a music store (or music store website) will be correct, nearly anything from computer store will fail.
Fortunately in my efforts in learning this, I also learned that many stomp boxen have protective diodes that will block reverse polarity from doing harm.

Right. But it IS possible to have a wallwart lying around that won't work. I could be wrong, but I thought the clarification wise. I spent hours trying to track down a fault back when I used lots of effects. Turns out I was feeding a Boss with an HP wallwart.

Cartwright is right, of course, I had a pedal a while back that was positive center, that I wanted to find an adapter for. After much looking, I found the bag of cables that came with my pedal board, I had 2!
As for using other supplies, I have several 9V walwarts that don't put out enough amperage to run some pedals. |
