Zane is one of the most creative and clean players in the business. He has such great ideas of how to dress a song up without turning it into a hot lick conglomeration that takes away from the structure of the song. Zane has no shortage of hot licks, but he knows just how and when to use them. A true pro and one of my favorite players. Hope to meet him someday.

Rick...you said it better than I could...Zane is a GREAT Player.

Zane here are some words that you can take comfort in reading, knowing as a performer, people who know nothing about you, are quick to judge your effort.

From A Speech delivered over 100 years ago by President Teddy Roosevelt, it goes in part.

THE MAN IN THE ARENA

I see Zane's picture in early years using a BMI. Zane Beck sent me a BMI when he was allowed to build geetars. He sold his ZB company and agreed to hold off building guitars for a while as part of the deal. So he sent me one as soon as he was building them. He sent me different pickups to experiment on the sound I wanted. On my DVD, I was using the 2nd one he made for me in the 'Faded love' song. But when he passed on, and my back was giving out, Bud Carter built me a nice ax. I still have them. You can see them in my link in 'Steel for sale' section. I only need one guitar as of now. Ted
