You don't see these very often, for sale. 1 minute playing her and you'd know why. For those of you that have not played a JCH...It is without a doubt 1 of the best built steel guitars ever made...Buck Reid reconfigured this one himself last year.
I just added a 7th string whole tone raise..Es on the left..Vertical lowers 5/10
RKL raises 1,2, lowers 6, RKR lowers 2.9 and raises 7 a whole...C6 Copedent is standard....Comes in a HEAVY duty case in the same condition...Guitar will ship from Central TX...or pick it up in College Station...Ill be in Dallas next weekend, Nashville Nov 10-14...Can deliver by private jet!!....Feast!

I am replying to this thread even though I am not considering buying this fine JCH -- but only because I already have two. The purpose of my post is to say if someone out there is considering getting another all pull guitar, do yourself a favor and strongly consider this guitar. JCHs are a delight to play, parts are not really a worry as LeGrande parts work beautifully and are often what was used originally, and they are easy to work on. I have had two Franklins. I think JCHs are better.
I do not want to distract from this ad, so if someone wants to open a discussion of the relative merits of a JCH please revive one of the several JCH threads in other sections of this forum.
