My new Zum is ready. Just to show what a nice guy Bruce is, he's gonna deliver it to me in Branson in July at the steel guitar show there. I sure didn't want to ship it so he's gonna bring it to me.

By the way. It's gotta be the sharpest guitar ever built. RED WHITE AND BLUE Lightning bolt pattern. My old Zum , an 01 model, will have to give up the prettiest guitar Bruce has ever built. My old one has held that tite now for 2 years. Now I have the 2 prettiest guitars that Bruce has ever built. IMHO.

Quality is never in question when it comes to ZUMSTEEL, simply the best.

THANKS BRUCE for another quality built guitar. And did I mention, it's BEAUTIFUL?????????

MY new one (just two weeks old!) is more beautiful that yours, Jeff - it's PLAIN BLACK .....

8 & 8 with 910s on it - a great instrument! Bruce was great to deal with, too - my thanks to him; along with my wonderful black LeGrande III, I have an embarrassment of riches!

I can't believe someone would think their Zum is as beautiful as mine. When I can, I'll have to take a picture and post it on the forum and just bring it to a vote. HAHAHAHAHHA Can you tell, I'm a proud 2-Zum owner?????????

Thanks guys
Jeff

P> S> Bruce only built one ugly guitar. That one is Jeff Newman"S. I always let Jeff know that he has the ugliest guitar on stage. Any stage. HA. This is proof, quality can be ugly.

Love both those guys. Jeff & ole Bruce.

Bruce didn't build an ugly guitar for Jeff Newman, Jeff did the after-market add-on's all by himself! And my Zum is prettier than your Zum.

O. K. guys that's it. I'm gonna get some pictures on here when I pick my other guitar up and let the forum members vote on the pettiest guitar. I may have to fly to MO and pick mine up before July 27 show in Branson. I can hardly wait.

Dave, that's a great looking Zoom.

OH, by the way. You're right about Newman's guitar. It took two people to make it that ugly.

Jeff,
I played your new guitar yesterday, you're gonna like it! And it does look good. Tried to get Bruce to make a red, white and blue pad to match but he wouldn't do it.

Hope you left some licks on it. I need all the help I can get. How surprised that Bruce wouldn't go for that cool pad.

Thanks

Jeff,
I wiped off all the licks and fingerprints. You would not want either of them, I'm sure. Hope to meet you in Branson at the show. I'm moving there in three weeks.

Well, mine is not done yet but will be in 3 weeks and I'll go ahead and prematurly throw my hat in the ring for best lookin Zum. It is going to be the V-shaped split front with Rosewood on the bottom and Ash on the top with pearl inlay.

Doug I hate to here your moving away from Freeman, I had hoped to meet you someday. I grew up there and all my family is still there. I had noticed your posts were postmarked Freeman and meant to contact you earlier. I hope you enjoy Branson.

Looking forward to seeing ya'll in Branson. I'd give just about anything to be able to move there. We are looking for some property there so we can get it paid for before we retire, if that is ever possable.

The vote is on just as soon as I get pictures .

Is there pictures of Charleton's guitar somewhere? I've heard about it but never have seen it.

Thanks & have fun pickin

Jeff

Oh yeah, I'll take any licks left on the guitar and I'll even wipe the prints off myself. Believe me, I need them.

I've had my new Zumsteel for two weeks. It may not be the prettiest but since it is black we all know it will sound better, that is if someone else plays it.D10 with 8&9, black with two pearloid bands across the front.
