New information.
I changed the condition of this guitar to near Mint condition since I tried to re glue the C-6 fret board and got some glue on it and it appears slightly scuffed. Like new D2F leg bag, The case looks as new. sounds great, smooth Chuck Back action as you might expect. I have been playing this guitar in church every week and I love it, but want a new guitar so I am trying to sell once again.
Added pictures showing truer color.
Tiger maple body and necks. George L's E-66 E-9th pickup and George L's on C-6 neck.

Emmons set up on both necks.
The new price is $2400.00 Plus Shipping and Insurance, and packing to the "LOWER US" ONLY.
Also, I can take Pay Pal for payment.

The pedal set up is Standard ABC on the E neck and the Knee levers are LKL raise 4 and 8
LKR lower 4 and 8
Vertical KL drops 5 and 10 one whole tone to A
RKL RAISES 1 F# to G# AND 2 D# to E and it drops the 6th string G# to F#.
The RKR drops string 2 one whole tone from D# to D then C# It also drops string 9 from D to C#.
The C neck floor pedals are all standard EMMONS set up.

Hey Bill,

Is this the one I played when I was at your place?
If it is I can vouch for the tone and action! the Pictures don't quite do it justice though.

Tempted,

Very Happy Tommy,
Yes it is the same one. I think the pictures make the color too yellow looking, it is more of a tan in the house. My friend Larry Behm played it yesterday and really enjoyed it. So good to hear from you.

Smile I found some pictures that show the true color of this guitar. I felt honored when Mr Norm chose to set at my Desert Rose.

bill..that's a beautiful steel. i've never seen one up close and wonder what you think of the tone. i would imagine it sounds just as great as the person playing it, but wondered how you feel about it.

Smile Chris, thanks for the comments. The tone is very close to my 1992 EMMONS LE GRANDE. My friend Larry Behm played it when he was here and really liked it and he is a Push Pull man, so I considered that a great compliment. I couldn't put words to describe the difference between the tone of the Desert Rose and the EMMONS. IMHO they are both great sounding guitars. I hope this is not too confusing. I watched Chuck Back build these guitars when he was my neighbor and I can say he builds them with the love of one who plays them and the skill of a master builder.

Confused I have decided to keep this guitar and may just keep it out of the closet for a while and just enjoy playing it. I had a few interested people and one I thought was a deal. I am tired of looking at this add every day. Thanks to all who checked out this guitar.

Very Happy Dimitri,
The Guitar is at my church right now, I will try to weigh it tomorrow, since I will be playing it. The case I just weighed on my home scales is 19.6 Pounds. I think the case is a Justice Case, but not sure.

Smile I weighed the guitar on my scales and it weighed 39 lbs, so add the case 19.6 lbs, estimate around 60 lbs.
