I think everyone on this forum will agree that Tommy White is one of the best PSG players of all time. As the PSG player for the Grand Ole Opry he plays with an excellent band of professional musicians. I would be interested in hearing from Tommy as to how he tunes.

If you want his input, perhaps edit the subject line of your original post.
I expect he tunes by adjusting first the knobs, then the nuts.
There are too many differing ideas and tastes regarding how to tune to get a definitive answer.
